What to do in case of card theft? : In case your card has been lost or is stolen, please call 1800-180-1290 (toll-free) or 1860-180-1290 (tolled number) or dial 39-02-02-02 by prefixing your local STD code.
This number is going to carry you to an IVR. Check '2' to tell you if your card is missing or stolen.
Visit and, if you want to block your car online, click on 'Block Missing / Stolen Card.'
Otherwise, you can send SMS BLOCK "last four digits of address" from your registered telephone number to 5676791 too.

What to do in Case of My Card Being Blocked: You can unblock your card by calling the customer service center if your card is blocked due to suspicious activity.
You can do this by calling the customer service center if your card account is permanently locked, however you wish to access it again. However, this must be accomplished within three months after your card is blocked. If you want to reactivate your post at this time, you will have to apply for a new card.

In Case of Over Utilisation of Your Card: Your card may be blocked if your credit limit on your card is exhausted. You pay immediately and reduce the amount due on your card to below the credit line to unblock it. You can call the customer service hotline if there is a mistake.
