Service Agreement
Credit Help India Services Pvt Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at 16,First Floor,Baselva Colony, Faridabad 121008 providing credit related solutions under the Brand name hereinafter referred to as "Credit Help India" (which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns) of the ONE PART AND You (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) of the OTHER PART. CREDIT HELP INDIA and THE CLIENT(S) hereinafter individually referred to as a"Party" and collectively as the ? "Parties".
Whereas
- Credit Help India is in the business of providing various Credit advisory Services more particularly stated under Scope of services hereto and has a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals with domain expertise in providing such Services.
- The Client has approached Credit Help India, and on the request of the Client, Credit Help India has agreed to provide Services (as defined herein) and the Parties are therefore now desirous of entering into this Agreement, inter alia, to record the terms and conditions of their understanding and the scope and extent of Services (as defined herein) to be rendered by Credit Help India.
