SBI CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH MISSED CALL
SBI provides a free SBI –Quick service to all current customers, a missed call banking service. Customers can use this service to view information on their bank account, such as account balance, mini statement, chequebook request and more, by simply calling their registered mobile number on a missed call. Customers must first register for this service by sending an SMS to 092234 8888 in order to use this service. The format is: REG space Account Number to 092234 88888 You will receive a confirmation message that you have been registered for SBI Quick, once you have registered for the service. SBI CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER
You may contact the customer service team directly by using any of the following means to report lost or stolen cards or fraudulent activity on your credit cards.
- Go back to the official SBI card's website, log in and immediately block your card by clicking the "lost/stolen card block" button and follow the instructions.
- You can also send your lost/stolen card with your registered mobile number by sending an SMS BLOCK XXXX to 5676791. XXXX here refers to the card's last 4 digits.
